A few simple steps help keep your CudaJet ready for your next adventure. Follow the instructions in your product manual for the complete care procedure.

After Use

  • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
  • Briefly run the motor while submerged, as directed in your manual, to flush out salt water.
  • Allow the jetpack to air-dry completely before packing it away.
  • Do not use compressed air to clean or dry the equipment.

Charging & Storage

  • Ensure the charging port is clean, dry and free from debris before connecting the charger.
  • Follow the manual’s battery-charge guidance for storage, including periodic checks and recharging.
  • Avoid prolonged storage at full charge.
  • Store away from direct sunlight.

When choosing an electric watersports product, consider the ownership experience alongside its purchase price. Scheduled servicing can involve workshop fees, transport arrangements and time without your equipment.

CudaJet Underwater Jetpacks require no scheduled professional servicing when used and cared for in accordance with their instructions. That means no recurring scheduled-service fees or routine workshop returns to organise.

For private owners and yacht crew, the benefit is straightforward: simple everyday care, fewer arrangements and more time to enjoy the water. Repairs or replacement of worn or damaged components are handled separately when needed.

Does my CudaJet need an annual service?

No. CudaJet does not require an annual service or scheduled professional servicing when used and maintained in accordance with its instructions.

Does no scheduled servicing mean no maintenance at all?

CudaJet requires simple everyday care, including rinsing after use, pre-use checks, and following the charging and storage guidance.

There is no scheduled workshop service or fixed replacement interval for components as part of routine servicing. If a component needs attention during ownership, our team can assess it and advise on the appropriate repair or replacement.

Do I need access to a local service centre?

You do not need a local service centre for routine care. If a fault occurs or you notice damage, contact CudaJet for guidance before further use.

What should I do before storing it between seasons?

Follow the cleaning, battery care and storage instructions in your user manual. Correct storage remains important even when the equipment is not being used.

Can my yacht crew carry out the routine care?

Yes. Routine cleaning, pre-use checks and correct charging and storage are intended to be carried out by the owner or crew using the supplied instructions.

Which CudaJet models does this apply to?

Our no scheduled servicing guidance applies to units equipped with our latest onboard diagnostic system, supplied against orders placed from 1 October 2026.

Owners of earlier units can contact CudaJet with their serial number for guidance specific to their product.
