CudaJet Ownership: No Scheduled Servicing Required

CudaJet Ownership: No Scheduled Servicing Required

A product built for adventure should fit around your life. Your plans should be shaped by the places you want to explore, the people you want to share them with and the time you have to enjoy them.

We believe exceptional engineering should make that easier. It should deliver an extraordinary experience in the water and a straightforward experience of ownership.

That thinking is behind a clear commitment: no scheduled servicing required.

This applies to CudaJet Underwater Jetpacks equipped with our latest onboard diagnostic system, supplied against orders placed on or after 1 October 2026, when used and cared for in accordance with their instructions.

Your Plans Should Come First

Time on the water is valuable. For a private owner, it might be a weekend away or a few days exploring somewhere new. Aboard a yacht, it might be an unexpected anchorage or an afternoon that becomes the highlight of a voyage.

A scheduled workshop visit introduces another commitment. Someone needs to arrange the appointment, organise transport and account for the time the equipment will be away. When the yacht and its owner move between destinations, those arrangements can become more involved than the work itself.

Our view is simple: where engineering can remove the need for that recurring intervention, it should.

Qualifying CudaJet units have no annual service appointment or scheduled workshop return to plan around. You can build your itinerary around where you want to go, with everyday equipment care handled along the way.

Straightforward Ownership Is Part of the Design

The quality of a product becomes apparent throughout ownership. How it feels to use, how clearly it communicates information and what it asks of you between outings all matter.

For CudaJet, simplicity belongs in that complete experience.

The Underwater Jetpack combines propulsion with intuitive control, allowing you to direct your movement through the water while adjusting power through the handheld controller. Between sessions, the ownership requirements are equally clear: follow the supplied care instructions, complete the specified checks and charge and store the equipment correctly.

No scheduled servicing is an explicit part of this ownership approach. Owners should understand what their equipment requires from the outset, without having to infer it from the absence of a service schedule.

Confidence Through Built-In Diagnostics

CudaJet’s onboard diagnostics check key system conditions directly within the jetpack. Battery health and system information help you or your crew understand the condition of your equipment and support assessment when needed.

These checks operate within the product, without an internet connection. They do not imply remote monitoring by CudaJet or automatic transmission of information to our team.

The benefit is practical: useful information available on the equipment itself, supported by clear owner guidance. Diagnostics complement the required pre-use checks and help inform the next steps if something needs attention.

Everyday Care Without Workshop Appointments

Looking after a CudaJet is part of using it.

Routine care includes rinsing after use, completing the checks described in the manual and following the charging and storage instructions. These are tasks for the owner or crew, wherever the equipment is being used.

Periods between adventures deserve the same attention. Follow the manual’s battery and storage guidance when putting your jetpack away between trips or seasons.

Our Care & Servicing page provides a practical overview. Your product manual contains the complete procedures and requirements for your equipment.

More Freedom for Owners and Crew

Aboard a yacht, every additional maintenance commitment takes coordination. Captains and crew already manage equipment, guest activities and changing itineraries.

CudaJet’s approach removes one recurring workshop requirement from that workload. Qualifying units do not need to be sent away for scheduled servicing, and everyday care does not depend on access to a local service centre.

For the owner, that means fewer arrangements around the experiences they want to enjoy. For the crew, it means clear care responsibilities that can be incorporated into their equipment routines.

Straightforward ownership has value precisely because it asks less of your time.

Ownership Beyond the Purchase Price

When choosing a watersports product, consider what it will require throughout ownership as well as what it offers in the water.

Where scheduled servicing is required, the commitment can include workshop charges, transport and time without the equipment. Those practicalities belong in the purchasing decision alongside performance and design.

For qualifying CudaJet units, there are no recurring scheduled-service fees or routine workshop returns to organise. Everyday care remains necessary, and repairs are handled separately when needed.

We see that simplicity as part of the value of the product. The engineering should serve the owner throughout the experience, including the days when the jetpack is out of the water.

Direct Support Throughout Ownership

If you have a product question or something needs attention, you can contact CudaJet directly. Our team will help assess the issue and explain the appropriate next steps.

No scheduled servicing means there is no recurring professional service programme for qualifying units. Inspection, repair or replacement may still be appropriate if wear, damage, a fault or a product warning requires attention. Warranty coverage is governed separately by the terms applicable to your purchase.

Owners of earlier units should follow their product-specific instructions and contact CudaJet with their serial number for guidance.

The purpose remains the same: exceptional experiences, straightforward care and direct access to the people behind your equipment.
